Tolson’s Treats Shipping Policy

At Tolson’s Treats, we take every step to ensure your sweets arrive fresh and delicious. Our products are carefully packed with quality and customer satisfaction in mind. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

General Shipping Information

Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Thursday only to prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday or later will be shipped the following Monday to ensure product quality.

• All orders placed after 5p.m. EST will be shipped the following shipping day.

• All orders are shipped via UPSOther services may be available in the future.

• We offer Free Shipping on all orders of $45 or more! (Applies to shipping rates of $20 or less)

Candy Shipments

• Most candy items are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration.

• Candy orders can be shipped using Standard Shipping (2–4 business days) via UPS.

Chocolate Shipments

• To maintain quality, all chocolate products are shipped with ice packs and require Overnight Shipping.

• Temperature Control: During warmer months (April–October), chocolate is packed with insulation and ice packs at no additional cost.

Weekend Orders

• Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday to avoid heat exposure or weekend delays.

• Overnight chocolate orders placed on Friday will be held and shipped Monday for next-day delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, weight, and destination.

Shipping Areas

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes due to overnight delivery requirements.

Warm Weather Precautions

Ice Packs: All chocolate orders are packed with ice packs that last up to 24-48 hours depending on weather conditions.

Weather Monitoring: We continuously monitor regional temperatures and may delay shipping during extreme heat to protect your order. If there’s a delay, we will notify you via email.

Delivery Responsibility

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. We are not responsible for items left outside in the heat or delays caused by incorrect shipping information.

Damaged or Melted Items

• If your order arrives damaged or melted despite our precautions, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Contact us at tolsonstreats@gmail.com.
